The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at the GPOA office at 6:30pm. The ARC reviews and approves any changes to the color of the home or any type of permanent exterior changes on the property.  An ARC application must be submitted and approved before any  changes are made.

Your ARC application should be submitted to the office on or before the Friday prior to the meeting. Please call the office with any questions. Applications can be found below.
